Advances in Susceptibility Gene of Atopic Dermatitis

特应性皮炎是一种常见的具有明显异质性的多基因复杂性疾病,为了阐明其发病机制,国内外学者应用定位克隆法、候选基因途径等多种研究策略寻找该病的易感基因,取得了一定的进展。

Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a familiar, heterogeneous complex and polygenic disease. In order to clarify the pathogenesis for AD, the world-wide effort has been put to identify susceptibility genes for this disease by positional cloning,candidate gene study etc. These researches had advances in recent years.
