摘要
聚焦中国港口运行控制力和国际竞争力研究,借鉴国际主要港口先进的管理理念,探索如何突破我国传统港口发展受地域行政区划的限制,提出高效可行的港口运行管理方案．
The efficiency and international competitive power of Chinese ports are focused. According to the advanced management experience of the major ports all over the world, how to breach the regional limits of ports in China is studied, and the efficient ports operation resolutions are presented.
