摘要
分析我国现行物流法律体系的不足之处;指出构建有中国特色的门类齐全、层次分明、和谐统一的物流法律体系是我国物流业发展和实现法治化的客观要求;提出完善物流法律体系,必须重视物流立法规划,搞好物流法制协调,提高物流法律法规的起草质量,吸收国外有益的物流法制经验．
The disadvantage of current law system of logistics in our country is indicated. Perfect logistics law system, must value the logistics lawmaking program, make the logistics legal system moderate, increase the logistics law drafting quantity and absorb the beneficial experience of legal system of logistics abroad.
