我国许多公民对法律的信仰不高,主观守法意识不强,这里有历史的原因,民族的原因,文化的原因,但是最重要的原因是我因立法和司法中存在的许多问题,削弱了法律的理性,降低了法律的威信,应当进行认真的思考。

In our country, many citizens haye ow faith in law and weak coascious in obeying the law. The reasons of this including historical, national and culture ones. But the most important reason is problems in our legislation and judicature, these problems weaken the ration and prestige of laws, so they should be refleced carefully.
