人权保护是一项国际性的伟大事业,我国历来重视对人权的保护。我国宪法对人权的保护虽然基本形成了较为完整的科学体系,但是在司法实战中还存在对这些基本权利保护的不足需要进一步的完善。

Human rights protection is a great affair of being international, our country has been emphasizing it, and it has basically formed a perfect scientific system in the state s constitution, but there are still some problems in the judicial practice need to be complemented and improved.
