生物质成型燃料产业化经济与政策分析

Economical and policy analysis in the industrialization of biomass briquette fuel

本文主要依据成型燃料典型示范村为案例,探讨成型燃料技术市场化运作的经济可行性,并进一步提出政策建议,以引导成型燃料技术规模化应用与发展。论文的研究方法主要是以经济学基本理论,通过对生产者、消费者、政府这三个相关方面分别进行经济分析,找出供需之间的关系。分析表明,在政府一定的经济支持力度下,成型燃料生产是经济可行的。为了推动成型燃料的发展和规模化应用,政府应做好以下几个方面的工作:1)做好调研和规划,合理分配补贴资金;2)加大对贫困地区成型燃料生产的补贴力度;3)加强技术研发,降低系统成本;4)开拓融资渠道,增加各方投入。
