摘要
本文主要介绍熵权决策法原理及其在建筑工程项目投标决策中的运用。通过工程应用验证了该方法能够很好的克服个别投标价值的突出性,选择出实际上最优的投标,兼顾公平原则,使投标决策更加公正、科学。论证了熵权决策法在建筑工程项目投标决策中具有一定的可行性。
This paper study the theory of entropy weight decision-making method,and the application of this mothod in architecture bidding projects.The given example shows that the method based on the entropy weight can solve the problem,for which a certain special evaluation index leads to the wrong result.It makes the bidding process fairer and more scientific.Provided that the entropy weight decision-making method can used in architecture bidding projects feasibly.
