摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类长约20~24个核苷酸的单链非编码小RNA分子,由一段具有发夹结构的70~80个核苷酸长度的单链RNA前体(pri-mRNAs)在类RNaseⅢ酶Dicer的剪切下而生成.miRNAs在各种生物中广泛存在,具有保守性,与机体生长发育、分化、疾病有着密切的联系.主要对MiRNAs最新的功能研究进展进行了综述. microRNAs(miRNAs) are about 20~24-nucleotide,small single-strand non-coding RNA molecules which derived from pri-miRNAs containing hairpin structure through RNaseⅢ-like enzyme Dicer.miRNAs are ubiquitous and conservative and involving in development,differentiation,disease.Advances in miRNAs function research are reviewed.
