在社会主义新农村建设中,订单农业不断完善并对农村经济发展发挥着日益重要的作用。本文从贸易信贷的角度来探讨企业和农户双方进行的博弈行为,同时注意到了可能出现的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

To complete the order form agriculture plays an important role in the new rural construction. From the perspective of the trade credit,this paper discusses the game between the corporations and farmers.Meanwhile,the problems,which may appear,are figured out and the relative solutions are pro- vided.
