提升农村人力资本,培育我国新型农民——基于巴中地区案例的分析

A Study on How to Improve the Rural Human Capital and Cultivate New Peasants of China:A Case Study of Bazhong Prefecture

当前,四川巴中地区在新农村建设不断推陈出新,当地政府利用自身的主导地位,在农村进行技术培训等人力资本投资,在短时间内改善了当地的人力资本投资状况,从而提高了农民种植和养殖水平,直接地促进农业生产率的提高,进而促进了农业增产、农民增收。本文以此为案例,从提升农村人力资本的角度,阐明了培育新型农民中农村人力资本投资的必要性,分析了案例中农村人力资本投资的特点及当前我国农村人力资本投资的现状,进而试图提出一些建议。
