经阴道水压分离全子宫切除99例分析

Vaginal Total Hysterectomy by Water Pressure Separating:a Report of 99 Cases

目的探讨经阴道水压分离全子宫切除术的手术方法。方法术中在子宫颈周围间隙先行用含有1∶1000肾上腺素的生理盐水注入黏膜下水压分离。结果本组99例经本术式治疗均获满意效果。术中出血少,术野干净,解剖层次清晰,不易损伤膀胱、直肠及周围组织。结论经阴道水压分离全子宫切除术是一种安全、有效、损伤小、费时少、恢复快的术式,符合微创原则的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the vaginal total hysterectomy by water pressure separating.Methods 99cases vaginal total hysterectomy were done.In these cases,water pressure separated the mucosa of cervix uteri by infusing the isotonic sodium chloride containing1‰adrenalin.Results Effectiveness were obtained in all the cases.There were many merits,including little bleeding,cleaning operative eyesight,clear layer of anatomy,and to protect the surrounding tissue.Conclusion Vaginal total hysterectomy by water pressu...
