The Right of Free Speech and the Correspondent Obligation of the Recipient in Network Propagation

本文通过对网络传播的受众及其在网络传播中的言论自由权利进行论述,结合对"馒头事件"引发的一边倒网络舆论的分析,试图探讨网络传播的受众在享受言论自由权利的同时,应当履行相应义务的必要性。

In this article we researched the recipient in network propagation and their right of free speech and the correspondent obligation, analyzed the phenomenon of the massive consensus triggered by the "Bread Incident". And then, through the research and analysis we tried to discuss and advocate the recipient in network propagation to fulfill their correspondent obligation while they enjoy the right of free speech.
