教师应以饱满的热情、机敏的头脑、优良的个性品质赢得学生的信任和尊重,使他们亲其师而信其道,同时,还应通过激发兴趣、保证纪律、巧妙设疑、激励鼓舞等手段创造良好的化学课堂心理环境,以达到最佳的教学效果。

The teacher should win the students s faith and respect with their full enthusiasm 、clever brains and personal good qualities,in this way the students would be close to the teacher and believe his teaching.At the same time,the teacher should create good mental environment in chemistry classes with such measures as stirring up interest 、promising disciplines、 raising problems with the faculty 、encouraging the students to attain the best teaching result.
