摘要
在我国,住房是农村居民第一需求。虽然农村人均住房面积始终高于城市,但是从住房的结构类型看,人均钢筋混凝土房屋占居住面积的比例较低,居住条件尚待提高。文章基于我国农村地区1990—2001年的居民住房数据,对农村居民住房的发展情况、地域差异规律进行了分析,为制定农村宏观经济发展战略以及预测我国农村在遭受各种自然灾害下的经济损失提供参考。
