基于市场经济的非整合城镇体系研究

RESEARCH ON THE NON—PERFECT URBAN SYSTEM BASED ON THE MARKET—ORIENTED ECONOMY

目前城镇体系中的首位城市大多不能准确覆盖其影响范围,使各城镇体系之间难以进行指标比较。文章提出“非整合城镇体系”的概念,指出以“整合城镇体系”进行区域研究,将研究成果用于“非整合城镇体系”,可排除“非整合”所造成的差异,使区位、交通、资源、政策等因素的作用凸显,才能够抓住区域发展的主因素,以正确制定区域发展政策。

The influence area of a city is always inconsistent with it s administrative one.This may lead to a error of the index of economics,urbanization etc.between two districts.Sometimes that may cause a mistake that one district may want to catch up with another who s index is lower.But they don t know that the comparing is wrong in comparing for they are not the same in the city quantity.Here the concept of perfect urban system is introduced and then these indexes can be compared.
