摘要
南通雄居长江三角洲洲头,独特的优越区位,使其在上海与江苏省沿海经济带中起到承上启下的作用。文章对南通“十一五”期间港口发展面临的环境和条件进行了分析,阐明了其发展的角色定位和战略目标,并提出相应的对策。
Nantong is located in the head of the Yangtze Delta,which plays a transiting role in the Shanghai and Jiangsu province coastal economic zone.This thesis analyses the environment and conditions Nantong Harbor faces during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,states its role and strategic goal in the development and puts forward the countermeasures.
