摘要 在高温下合成了球型的锂离子二次电池正极材料镍锰酸锂(LiNixMn1-xO2,0<x<1)。作为反应物质的球型镍锰碳酸盐是采用均相沉淀法合成。文章讨论了不同的镍、锰含量对产物形貌、结构和电化学性能的影响。所生成的镍锰酸锂LiNixMn1-xO2颗粒由一级晶粒构成,具有较大的比表面积,经过X射线粉末衍射的分析,在006和102以及008和110分峰明显,为典型的层状盐结构。根据实验结果,在不同的n(Ni)/n(Mn)比例有不同的最佳反应温度,x=0·5时,合成温度为1000℃时,其放电比容量为153mAh/g,循环性能很好。 Spherical LiNi_xMn_ 1-x O_2 (0<x<1) with high tap-density was synthesized from spherical composite carbonate via a simple uniform-phase precipitation method. The effects of different contents of nickel and manganese in samples on morphology, structure and electrochemical performance were discussed. The samples were composed by primary particles and featured comparatively large specific surface area.
