摘要 为了了解侧向爆炸冲击载荷下圆柱壳体断裂过程,采用任意拉格郎日-欧拉方法、爆轰产物采用JWL状态方程对侧向爆炸冲击载荷作用下圆柱壳体断裂过程进行了数值模拟和分析.模拟结果表明,圆柱壳体爆炸断裂所需炸药量与壳体壁厚为递增线性关系,且这个线性关系的斜率随壁厚不同而改变.在其他条件相同的情况下,壳壁越厚,增加炸药量爆炸时壳体单元最大应力增加越慢. In order to research the fracture behavior, the numerical simulation of dynamic fracture of cylindrical shell under lateral explosion impulsion was successfully realized with arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method. The result is that explosive mass is incremental linear relation to wall thickness of shell, and the slope coefficient is changed by different wall thickness. With the same condition, the element maximum stress increase showly to more wall thickness when explosive mass is increased.
