摘要
为探索植物生长调节剂对银杏幼苗生长、光合特性、水分利用效率及生物量分配的影响,在移栽前分别用10mg/L的GGR6号和“施丰乐”溶液进行浸根处理,研究幼苗的生长、光合特性、生物量各指标.结果表明:两种处理都能有效增加银杏幼苗的光合能力(净光合速率较对照高18.10%~26.52%),提高水分利用效率(较对照高2.69%~10.85%),促进生物量积累(较对照高23.62%~175.97%),其中“施丰乐”的作用大于GGR6号,这对干旱地区提高苗木成活率和增强抗旱性有重要的意义.
To study the effects of growth, photosynthetic characteristics, water use efficiency and biomass allocation on Ginkgo biloba, seedlings were dipped into GGR6 and “Shifengle” solution(10 mg L), and then transplanted in field.
