摘要
中晚期宫颈癌以往常单纯采用放射治疗,目前期望提高其疗效的途径主要有放疗技术和放疗方案的改进、同步放化疗及放疗与热疗联合应用等。这些治疗方式的综合应用在宫颈癌的临床实践中显示出良好前景,能在一定程度上提高生存率,改善预后。
Advanced cervical cancer patients are generally treated by simple radiotherapy.Now approaches expected to enhance the therapeutic effects include modification of radiotherapy techniques and schemes,concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the combined use of radiotherapy and hyperthermia.The com- bined use of these therapies showes good perspective in clinical practice,may increase the survival rate and improve the prognosis to some extent.
