摘要
4J42膨胀合金丝坯生产以初轧开坯工艺代替锻造工艺、以大卷重高速线材轧制技术代替传统横列式轧机的轧制技术,优化了丝坯的热加工工艺。对丝坯工艺优化前后产品的质量、成材率、能耗等方面作了分析比较。
In production of 4J42 expanding alloy wire blank,the hot working process was optimized with cogging process replacing forging process and heavy coiled high speed wire rod rolling technique replacing conventional open - train mill roiling technique.This paper made comparison of quality of products,rates of finished products and energy consumptions between the previous process and the optimized process.
