摘要
通过有限元模拟软件研究了不同形状的高温合金 Inconel 718坯料温度场变化,模拟的材料形状分别是圆棒、方坯和板坯,坯料加热到1120℃,然后在空气中自由降温,通过软件模拟出表面及内部温度和时间关系曲线,并展示出不同坯料不同截面位置的温度梯度图,从而找出温度场变化规律。
This paper studied the variation of temperature field of the superalloy lnconel 718 in different shapes with the FEM software.Shapes of the simulated material covered round bar,billet and slab.In simulation,the material was heated to 1120℃ and then free dropped in the atmosphere.The software simulated the relation curves of the superficial and internal tem- peratures changing with time.It demonstrated the temperature gradients of different blanks at different cross sections.Regularities of variation of temp...
