我院2005年1~3月份抗菌药物不合理处方分析

Analysis of Irrational Antibiotics Prescriptions in Our Hospital from January to March,2005

目的了解我院门、急诊抗菌药物不合理使用情况。方法随机抽取2005年度1~3月份门、急诊处方,根据临床药理学知识及文献资料,对不合理的抗菌药物用药处方进行分析,并加以分类统计。结果共审核处方35000张,其中抗菌药物处方10570张,存在不合理用药处方2645张,分别在选药、给药方案、溶媒选用、药理作用、合并用药以及重复用药方面存在问题。结论我院抗菌药物使用仍需进一步规范;处方审核将有助于促进抗菌药物合理使用。
