花粉中化学成分的研究现状及发展趋势

目的介绍国内外近几年对花粉中化学成分的研究现状和发展趋势,为今后花粉产品开发提供参考。方法查阅国内外近几年关于花粉化学成分的研究情况,分析花粉中的化学成分存在特点和研究中常用的分析手段。结果和结论花粉中的矿物元素与黄酮类化合物结合态以及游离氨基酸结合态的研究以及矿物元素在结合态时的化学价位分布情况的研究亟待加强;利用花粉中特有的化学成分,通过红外、质谱、核磁共振等技术的联合使用对花粉化学成分分析,建立花粉的化学成分指纹图谱是花粉研究的一个方向;寻求快速、方便、科学的样品处理方法也是分析过程中的一个重要研究方向。
