摘要
目的研究野木瓜注射液对背根神经节细胞电压门控性钠通道电流的影响,分析野木瓜注射液阻滞神经传导、产生镇痛作用的药理机制。方法在急性分离的大鼠背根神经节细胞膜上,进行全细胞膜片钳记录,观察10%、25%和50%的野木瓜注射液对电压门控性钠通道电流的影响。结果野木瓜注射液浓度依赖地抑制背根神经节细胞钠通道电流峰值,并影响通道的激活和失活过程。结论野木瓜注射液除影响髓鞘和轴突膜结构外还通过调制初级感觉神经元电压门控性钠通道,影响痛觉信息中枢传入产生镇痛作用。
