羟基喜树碱联合阿糖胞苷和三尖杉酯碱治疗急性髓性白血病15例 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察羟基喜树碱联合三尖杉酯碱和阿糖胞苷治疗初治急性髓细胞白血病(AML)(急性早幼粒细胞白血病除外)的完全缓解率(CR)。方法羟基喜树碱联合阿糖胞苷和三尖杉酯碱治疗AML。结果一个疗程后缓解11例(11/15),二个疗程后缓解13例(13/15);PR2例(2/15)。从诊断到完全缓解所需时间为26 ̄64d。结论羟基喜树碱联合阿糖胞苷和三尖杉酯碱组成的化疗方案,不良反应并没有明显增加,治疗效果有所提高,可以进一步应用观察。
