以bcl-2/IgH为分子标志检测B细胞淋巴瘤微小残留病的研究进展

The study of minimal residual disease with bcl-2/IgH in B cell lymphoma

摘要 bcl-2/IgH基因重排是B细胞淋巴瘤最为常见的染色体易位,以bcl-2/IgH基因重排为克隆标志开展微小残留病变检测,对疾病的分期、疗效评价、化疗方案的确定、预后判断、复发监测和移植物净化都有着重要的意义。随着分子生物学的不断发展,有效、敏感、准确、快速的检测手段不断出现,并且从定性逐步发展到定量,为临床工作进入量化阶段奠定基础。 The most frequent chromosome translocation in B cell lymphoma is bcl-2/IgH rearrangement, which can be used as the mark to detect the minimal residual disease(MRD). Detection of bcl-2/IgH rearrangement is helpful in staging diseases,estimating curative effect,selecting treatment protocols, judging prognosis,monitoring relapse and purging grafts.
