开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物对小鼠血液中乙醇含量的影响

The Effects of the Extracts from Tupistra Chinensis Bak. and Balanophora Involucrata HK.f. on the Content of Alcohol in Rats' Blood

目的:探讨开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物对小鼠血液中乙醇含量的影响。方法:以康华解酒晶为对照,利用白酒灌胃造模,采用酸性重铬酸盐氧化法检测血液中乙醇的含量。结果:开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物及复方组小鼠血液中乙醇含量均比模型组要低,并且有统计学差异。结论:开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物能够降低血液中乙醇含量,促进乙醇在体内的代谢,从而起到一定的醒酒功效。

Objective:To observe the effects of the extracts from Tupistra chinensis Bak.and Balanophora involucrata HK.f.on the content of alcohol in rats blood.Method:The drunken rats were induced by admitting alcohol,with an agent"jiejiujing"as control group,then the content of alcohol in the medication administration and control groups were determined by means of acid dichromate oxidation method.Result:The content of alcohol in the rats blood admitted the extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak.and Balanophora involuc...
