高等学校学生素质评估在评估目的、评估内容和评估方法上都存在认识和操作上的误区。基于在清华大学进行的调查研究,依据现代人力资源管理理论,我们提出了以发展为导向的学生素质评估系统。本文介绍了该系统的研究方法、设计思想和主要内容。
