高校虚拟学习社区的组织化——《数字媒体基础》在线教学个案研究

OrganisingVirtual Learning Community of Higher Education Institutions:A Case Study of the Online Course Introduction to Digital Media

随着高校信息化建设的深入和互联网的飞速发展,校园网已经成为一项基本的教学设施,虚拟社区已经成为校园文化密不可分的一部分,而虚拟学习社区研究也成为网络教学研究的一个重要方面。新的网络传播模式使教学过程中师生的关系趋于平等,学生主动性加强。因此,虚拟学习社区的组织化成为完善网络教学的重要环节之一。本文从组织理论的角度出发,以清华大学的网络课程《数字媒体基础》为案例,通过虚拟学习社区中组织的建构与组织文化的建设,探讨进一步完善网络学习的方式和提高教学质量的途径。
