大学生动机缺失状况的调查研究

A Study of Motivation Lacking among College Students

本研究的主要目的是对大学生动机缺失状况进行描述统计分析。主要测量工具为动机缺失量表。被试取自北京市三所高校的大学生,共1339人。结果显示,报告轻度动机缺失的人数高于高度动机缺失的人数。男性目标缺乏性动机缺失程度明显高于女性。民办高校大学生的动机缺失程度明显高于公立高校的大学生,主要表现在知行脱节性动机缺失和认知歪曲性动机缺失。

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of motivation lacking among college students,using a scale to measure the degree of motivation lacking.The sample consists of 1,339 university students from three universities in Beijing.The main findings are:a higher proportion of respondents showing a lower,rather than a higher,degree of motivation lacking;the male students have a higher degree of lacking of motivation as compared to the female student;students in private institutions have higher degree of motiva...
