Globalisation has become an international trend in educational development.With the deepening of the Open Door and Reform policy and the entry of the WTO,it is urgent for China to adjust its university-government relationship in order to better respond to China s development needs.This article discusses the need and means to seek the equilibrium between power,responsibility,and interest university-government relationship under economic globalisation.
