摘要
丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)是在20世纪80年代末才被确认的正链RNA病毒,目前对丙型肝炎病毒的研究因为没有合适的活体实验模型和细胞系,而受很大的限制。但由于HCV的独特性和危害性而成为众多科学家研究的热点。本文将HCV基因型的临床意义方面作简要综述。
Hepatitis C virus(HCV) was identified in the late of 1980 s.Now without proper in vivo models and cell line,the research in HCV is superficial.But because of the specialty and precarity,it becomes the hot researching field.In this paper,clinical significance of hepatitis C virus genotype is reviewed briefly.
