树突状细胞疫苗在肺癌免疫治疗中的研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF IMMNE TREATMENT BY DENDRITIC CELL BASED TUMOR VACCINES IN LVNG CANCER

摘要 肺癌是严重威胁人类健康的常见病。近年来随着细胞生物学、分子生物学及免疫学的迅速发展,树突状细胞(Dendritic Cell,DC)疫苗在肺癌的生物免疫治疗上已取得可喜的成果。本文主要对DC疫苗抗肿瘤机制及在肺癌治疗中的应用做一综述。 Lung cancer is a kind of common disease,which threatens the human beings health in a terrible way.In recent years,with the development of cellbiology,molecularbiology and immunology,people have made great progress of dendritic cell based tumor vaccines in immune treatment of luag cancer.This article mainly summarizes about anti-tumor mechanism and lung cancer treatment of dendritic cell based tumor vaccines.
