目的:探讨输尿管结石超声检查的难点及方法,评价其诊断价值。方法:超声对患者各段输尿管进行多角度,多体位的追踪检查。结果:576例经临床证实的输尿管结石中,超声诊断符合556例,诊断符合率为96.5%。结论:只要熟练掌握超声探查技术,超声能有效地诊断输尿管结石,为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。
