摘要
目的:探讨肠道恶性间质瘤的CT表现。资料和方法:回顾性分析7例肠道恶性间质瘤的CT征象,十二指肠2例,小肠4例,累及多节段肠管1例。结果:显示为起源于肠道的软组织肿块,边缘光整或不规则,平扫密度不均匀者5例,内部见不规则低密度灶,CT值23～42HU,均匀者2例。增强扫描5例肿块呈不均匀增强,CT值27～56HU。肿块内有钙化1例,肝转移2例。结论:肠道恶性间质瘤的CT表现具有一定特征,表现为起源于肠道的软组织肿块,可单发或多发,平扫密度多不均匀,增强后不均匀强化,可有钙化及远隔转移。
Objective: To discuss the CT features of intestinal stromal tumors.Materials and Methods: The CT features of 7 cases of malignant intestinal stromal tumors were analyzed respectively,2 cases located at duodenum,4 cases at jejunum and ileum,1 case located at multisegments of intestine and colon.Result: All cases presented as soft tissue tumors arising from intestinal wall,with a clear or irregular margin,5 cases showed inhomogeneous density on plain scan,with low attenuation areas inside the tumor,the CT val...
