摘要 目的:对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的X线平片进行分析,寻求确定L5与S1椎间隙狭窄的标准并探讨其诊断价值。材料与方法:收集了456例均行腰椎正侧位片检查、又经CT和E或MR证实并行LDH手术病人的资料,对照CT、MR及手术情况分析X线平片表现。结果:L5~S1椎间隙与L1~L2椎间隙比较,病变组79.9%的病例L5~S1<L1~L2椎间隙;对照组80.7%的病例L5~S1>L1~L2椎间隙,有显著差异。LDH的主要X线平片表现有椎间隙狭窄、椎体缘改变、生理曲度及序列改变等。结论:①L5~S1椎间隙的宽度小于患者自身L1~L2椎间隙即可考虑为L5~S1椎间隙狭窄。②通过对腰椎正侧位片上椎间隙狭窄、椎体后相对缘增生变尖、后翘及局部侧弯、后凸、反滑脱等征象的观察可对LDH作出初步诊断,对指导临床进一步检查和治疗有一定的意义,是腰腿痛病人的首选检查。 Objective: To find the criterion of stenosis of L5~S1 intervertebral space and to discuss it s diagnosis value by analyse the patients with lumber disk herniation(LDH).Materials and Methods: Radiology data of 456 patients with frontal and lateral position lumber plain films were collected,who were also confirmed by CT and/or MRI and operation.And the manifestation in X-ray plain films were analysed in contrast to findings on CT and MRI and operation.Results: Intervertebral space of L5~S1 is less than that o...
