北京市水体污染的经济损失评估

Evaluation of economic loss by water pollution in Beijing

对北京市水体污染所导致的人体健康损失、地下水污染功能损失、农作物损失、畜牧渔业损失和工业损失等进行了量化评估。研究结果表明:北京市2002年水污染的总经济损失值为4．049亿元,其中工业损失价值为2．941亿元,占总经济损失值的73%,而人体健康损失、地下水污染功能损失、农作物损失和畜牧渔业损失共为1．108亿元,占总体经济损失值的27%,其中,人体健康损失和农作物的损失分别为4529．7和4570．1万元,由水污染导致的畜牧渔业经济损失值达1511．7万元,因此,北京市水体污染导致的经济损失是惊人的,必须采取有效措施加以控制。

This paper analyzed the various impacts of the water pollution on human health,groundwater,crops, stockbreeding,aquiculture and industry since the quality of water in Beijing has been degraded increasingly.
