摘要
研究基于CORDIC算法如何应用简单的硬件实现双曲正弦/余弦函数的计算。文章首先介绍了CORDIC算法原理,探讨了一种易于硬件实现的结构,并通过对双曲正弦/余弦函数计算的实例分析了CORDIC算法的性能,为扩大其应用奠定理论基础。
Based on CORDIC algorithm,research reveals how to calculate hyperbolic function by simple hardware.The theory of CORDIC algorithm is introduced at first,and one of a hardware structure is discussed.Secondly,the CORDIC algorithm performance is analyzed by using a example on the calculation of hyperbohc sine/cosine functions.It establishes the CORDIC algorithm theoretical basis for extending its application.
