摘要
语言学和认知学范畴的标记性被视为语言迁移的两个制约因素。语言学范畴的标记性主要指语言本身的标记性,注重母语本身特征对二语习得产生的影响;而认知范畴的标记性则强调语言使用者对标记性的心理直觉,着重讨论母语结构对二语学习者认知能力形成方面的影响。文章主要从语言学和认知学角度出发,探讨标记性在语言迁移中的作用及其对二语教学带来的启示。
Language transfer is linguistically and cognitively restricted by markedness. Markedness in the linguistic sense mainly focuses on the language itself and L1 effect on SLA, whereas markedness in the cognitive sense concentrates on the psychological feelings of the language user, especially on the influence of L1 structure on the formation of cognitive competence of second language learner. This essay, from the linguistic and cognitive point of view, discusses the function of markedness in language transfer and also its implication in second language teaching and learning.
