摘要
从新时期军事斗争准备需求出发,为加强部队医院护理质量管理建设,提高战时应急能力和救护水平,率先在护理质量管理体系中全面启动ISO标准。首先,学习领会ISO标准的思想理念和基本原理,结合军队医院实际情况,建立科学、规范的护理质量管理体系,并立足“五个重点”,在狠抓落实上下功夫。其次,在运行过程中不断补充、修改和完善护理质量管理体系,并加以保持、改进、控制和评价反馈,使具有军队医院特色的护理管理更加系统、完善。
In order to enhance nursing qualities and improve the emergency and rescue abilities during the war time,Xijing Hospital initially generated the ISO9000 standards into nursing management.Combing the practices and the main principles and theories of ISO9000,the hospital set up a scientific and systematic system of nursing quality management.At the same time,based on“Five Principles”we replenished,modified and developed the system constantly.Through keeping,improving,controlling and feedback evaluating,we would perfect our system continuously.
