摘要
本文从绿色壁垒的涵义、类型、特点开始,用经济学的外部性理论、信息不对称理论、交易成本理论对绿色壁垒的产生、存在以及解决思路进行了理论分析,随后探讨了绿色壁垒对我国农产品国际贸易的影响,并相应地提出了对策与建议。
This paper begins with the introduction to the concepts,types,characteristics of green barrier and systematically analyzes the backgrounds and reasons of emergence,popularization,potential solution of green barrier by externality,asymmetry information,transaction cost theory of economics,it researches the effect of green barrier on international agri-product trade and offers constructive suggestion and counter measures to this issue at last.
