Thinking of How to Control the Government's Administrative Cost Effectively

本文从政府行政成本的狭义概念出发,界定了行政成本的合理范围,通过比较我国同其他国家间行政管理支出的数额,分析了导致我国行政成本过高的若干原因并提出了一些对策建议。

This paper starts from narrow sense concept of administrative cost of the government,defines the reasonable range of the administrative cost.By comparing the number of the administration expenditure among our country and other countries,it analyzes the reasons which has caused the high level of administrative cost of our country and proposes some suggestions.
