高校贫困生的心理缺失及对策探索

贫困生问题是高校学生管理工作面临的一个长期而又艰巨的任务。本文结合工作实际,认真分析了高校贫困生的产生原因以及心理缺失的表现,对现有贫困生资助体系进行了完善,提出了对贫困生经济解困的四条措施和精神解困的四条对策。

The problem of poor students is a long-term and arduous task in the management of college students.Combining the practical work,this article deeply analyses the cause of the problem of poor students and the representations of their inferiority,consummates the poor students aid system and puts forward four measures and four countermeasures for both financial and mental help-outs.
