教师队伍建设呼唤构建新型教师教育体系。我国现行传统的教师教育模式,已难以适应社会和经济发展对新型教育人才的要求,必须从我国国情和国际上教师教育体系构建模式两个方面,审视我国教师教育的现状和改革方向,以高等师范院校为构建新型教师教育体系的主体,深化培养机制、培养模式、培养目标等方面的改革,使教师教育格局多元化,教师教育现代化,培养高素质、专业化的教师。

The construction of teaching staff calls new education system for teacher.It is hard for the traditional education pattern of our country to adapt the requirement of social and economical development for new educational talented persons.Our country's education status quo for the teacher and its reform direction should be surveyed from the situation of our country and overseas.The reform of the system,mode,target of cultivation etc.should be deepened by making higher normal university the main body in building new education system for teachers so that the education structure for teacher can be in multi-dimensional pattern,the education for teacher can be modernized and teacher with high quality and specialization will be cultivated.
