摘要
在成人学习知识的诸多因素中,心理学问题无疑是一个重要的因素。成人学习有其自身的特点,有许多矛盾性的学习心理。对成人学习知识的心理学问题进行分析,是了解成人和了解成人学习知识的一个重要的突破口,有利于促进成人知识的掌握和应用,以及对成人教育方法和手段的不断改进,使之更加适合成人学习的特点。
Among so many factors of adult learning,psychology problem is no doubt the most important one.Adult learning has it's own characteristic,and there are a lot of ambivalent leaning attitudes.The most important breakthrough to understand adult and adult learning is the analysis for adult learning and psychology problem,which will promote the acquirement and application of adult knowledge and continuous improvement of adult education.Then it is better to adapt to the characteristics for adult people.
