摘要
后现代是一种思潮,是一种认识论和方法论。后现代早已在艺术、哲学方面深入人心。后现代也影响了整个管理世界的理论和方法。后现代思潮的基本特征就是反传统、反经典、反权威、反逻辑、反结构、反秩序、反制度、反僵化,提倡创造、创新。创建“后现代管理话语”,其宗旨是将“后现代”概念作为一种新的认识论和方法论引入管理学,开辟一条对现有管理知识体系聚再认识、再聚类和再阐释的新途径。
Postmodern is a kind of thought.It's a kind of epistemology and methodology.It has been into people's hearts deeply in aspects of art and philosophy.It also affects the theory and method in the whole management field.The essential feature of postmodern thought is that it resists against tradition,authority,logy,structure,order,system and rigidity and advocates creation and innovation.This article creates 'the words of postmodern management'.Its tenet is to introduce the 'postmodern' concept into management science as a new kind of epistemology and methodology and open up a new way of recognition,reclassification and re-explanation to current management system.
