收缩期二尖瓣反流估测左室收缩功能的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨根据收缩期二尖瓣反流评价左室收缩功能的价值.方法回顾分析25例左室收缩功能不全患者的收缩期二尖瓣反流情况.结果 dp/dt max值范围:377~1255 mm Hg/s,平均(903.8±293.1)mm Hg/s;左室射血分数(EF):0.112~0.741,平均(0.447±0.148);左室短轴缩短率(FS):5.29%~43.7%,平均(23.2±8.9)%,dp/dt max和EF、FS呈正相关,和EF、FS一样能评价左室收缩功能,和临床心功能评价基本一致,比EF(FS)能更接近临床综合左室收缩功能评价的分级.结论 dp/dt max和EF、FS同样能较好地评价左室收缩功能,其程度判断更接近临床综合评价. Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic function based on mitral regurgitation during systole.Methods Mitral regurgitation during systole were analysed retrospectively in patients with left ventricular dysfunction.Results The following parameters were calculated:dp/dt max:377-1255 mm Hg/s, mean 903.8±293.1 mm Hg/s;LVEF:0.112-0.741%,mean 0.447±0.148%;LVFS:5.29-43.7%,mean 23.2±8.9%.A positive correlation was established for dp/dt max to EF and FS; dp/dt max could evaluate LV systolic function similar to clinical assessment of LV function; and it was approximate to the LV systolic function grading.Conclusions dp/dt max is similar to EF and FS for assessing LV systolic function;however,the former may be more close to the clinical condition.
