行政性垄断与经济垄断有所区别,但行政性垄断的实质仍然是经济垄断,我国目前还存在行政性垄断。反垄断法最新修改稿对行政性垄断的规定是不妥的,我国的反垄断立法必须规制行政性垄断。

Administrative monopoly is different from economic monopoly,but in fact administrative monopoly is economic monopoly.At present there exists administrative monopoly in China.The regulations in the amendment of antitrust law are not perfect and administrative monopoly should be stipulated in the legislation of antitrust law.
