VDCP与VDEP方案治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病疗效比较

Comparison of efficacy between VDCP and VDEP formula in the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

目的:探讨VDCP与VDEP方案对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的疗效及毒副作用。方法:将43例ALL患者随机分为两组,24例接受VDCP方案化疗,19例接受VDEP方案化疗。结果:VDCP与VDEP方案治疗ALL疗效及非造血系统副作用发生情况比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但对血小板的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05),VDEP方案对血小板的抑制作用低于VDCP方案。结论:VDEP方案治疗ALL疗效满意,可推荐用于化疗前血小板较低或出血严重患者。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects,toxicity and side-effects in the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods: Forty three patients with ALL were divided into two groups at random.Twenty four of all the patients received VDCP chemotherapy;nineteen patients received VDEP chemotherapy.Results: No significant difference was found in the comparison of efficacy and side-effects from non-hemotopoietic system between VDCP and VDEP (P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the comparison of affection to blood platelet(P<0.05).VDEP had less inhibition to blood platelet than VDCP.Conclusion: VDEP gained satisfying efficacy in the treatment of ALL,and the formula is recommended to those patients who suffered from less blood platelet before chemotherapy or severe hemorrhage.
